Room was very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that I had to get a new room key card several times as the key card would stop working.
Checkin was nice. We couldn’t figure out the TV remote and no staff around to help us. Frustrating. The key didn’t always work and we had to get a new one a couple of times.
