Summary: The exterior doors need some maintenance but the insides are well maintained, very clean, and modern. The amenities are all in very good working order and well kept especially the AC. Every room I've had is dry with no unpleasent odors.The staff is very curteous and quick to resolve any issue. The wi-fi/cable does tend to go out when a big storm rolls through, but it is not their infrastructure that is the problem. I have stayed at several hotels in the Sumter area for business and Quality Inn is by far the nicest and cleanest for those on a budget. I definitely recommend them and stay there often.

Summary: This hotel is close to everything, staff was super friendly!!...Especially Marie!...she made my stay here so very comfortable!!. The price is also very affordable. I highly recommend!!

Summary: This was and excellent stay. The staff are nice ,courteous, and attentive. Some members of the kitchen service staff may need sensitivity training regarding humans who don't speak English. There are a lot of what appear to be unfinished parking projects,pool was out of service, and remodeling. Again the stay was excellent. The.grots hand lumps. My grandmother would have love those grits but without the lumps.
