“The pool is closed for renovation, the TV turned itself off and on, no shampoo in the shower, breakfast was waffles, cereal, and three empty coffee pots.”

“We had to get this reservation at the last minute because another hotel's "reservation" was not honored when we got there. This hotel was about the same price, and much nicer than the one we'd previously arranged. The breakfast was adequate, the room was clean, the staff was extra helpful even with our late arrival (we got there at 11 PM). The amenities (bed, pillows, shower, etc.) were what we expected. (We often stay at Quality hotels when we travel -- they seem to all be about the same "quality" with just minor differences). This Quality met the expectations.”

“It was fine was there for family funeral. Needs a few more breakfast items. No juice or donuts etc. coffee in lobby also wasn’t kept filled”

“There was a fiesta goung on outback and the guys just atanding around at the doir made me feel uncomforable and there was no pool amenities like advertised. Thats the whole reason I oicked this horel”

“This place was just dirty and nasty , water stains on the ceiling, trash in the pkl, hall carpet just dirty, toilet had to be manually filled, the carpet in the room was so soiled that my feet left impressions on the shower tub from the dirt in the carpet I Will. NOT use this place again. ”

“This place is really ran down. Rooms are big, definitely don't feel safe with the people that stay here. Not at all like the pictures that they post.”
