“Decor made the place look run down.
They first gave me a room on the 1st floor, which I rejected.
The later gave me a room across the hall from the elevator on the 3rd floor.
No much better…translation to me…we don’t care about you, crappy customer service.”

“I liked the ambiance. Very quaint English Tudor style hotel. Very convenient to Butchart Gardens and the seaside town of Sidney. Breakfast was a bonus with other restaurants close by.”
