Summary: When you book a room at a reasonable (cheap) rate, you sometimes 'get what you pay for'. The front desk clerk was less than cordial, and took a long phone call, instead of completing my check-in first. My room was fine, but the bathroom was not so: the toilet was not secured to floor; the toilet bowl was not completely cleaned (mildew under the rim); there was hair (not mine) on the floor of the bathroom; there was an unknown substance on the ceiling of the bathroom (it was blue and drippy). The shower DID have plenty of hot water and good pressure. The 'breakfast' left a lot to be desired: Micro-Wave breakfast sandwiches and a few other 'grab and go' items. The pool was OUT OF ORDER (and there wasn't any mention on the website when I booked the room). It looks like there have been some updates made to hotel (but not, by any means, finished). IT WAS close to the family event that I needed to attend, but I would not stay here again when I return to the area.

Summary: Pool was out of order, for breakfast there about 1/4 batter left for a waffle and even less syrup left. No one at front desk to help. The chair in the room had a few dark sticky spots on it which one of was sticky, I didn’t touch the other one. Overall I chose to stay there because of the price and well hey at least the shower was fine and the bedding was clean. I should’ve just paid the extra fifty bucks and stayed at the other place I was looking at

Summary: First of all when we first got there to go to our room, we noticed all the exterior doors were unlocked. I feel there is no safety if anyone could get in from off the streets. Second, the pool area was closed and we were not informed of that. Third, when taking a shower, the water would go down the drain very slow. Normally, I don’t expect a whole lot but as much as they charge a night for a room, I expected a lot better.

Summary: Needed a wake up call. Staff not available. Waited a little more than 10 minutes. There was displayed a phone number to call. Called phone number. Answering machine kicks in. Left my name, my cell#, room number, and time I wished to be woken up. No wake up call. I was in the lobby 8:00 at night. They were booked solid, so I assume they felt that they didn’t need to have an attendant on duty

Summary: This hotel was not kept up at all. The rooms had a weird configuration about how you were to turn on the TV and the lights in the room. Everything in the hotel was old and needs updating badly

Summary: The outside grounds were in poor shape, weeds everywhere and broken bricks on the entry laying on the walk. Trash outside the door with crappy folding chairs and an ashtray with butts in it. There was a broken window with tape on it, a dirty mattress leaning against the open window in an upstairs bedroom, a trashed mattress laying against the fence on the side lot, screens torn. The pool, ice machine and vending machine were out of order. Not great feels and wouldn’t recommend. However, all we wanted was a place to sleep as we were outdoors all day. The room was clean. Decor dated and tub rusty around the drain, bath ceiling had water damage and needed repair. All in all…not great but only good because the room was clean and semi comfortable.
