Positive: This is an excellent choice, especially if you have a conference at the big hotel across the street. The room was huge and very comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. The location was excellent, too - close enough to touristy areas and Bourbon St but far enough away to be quieter and less frenetic. The Canal St and St Charles St trams are close by as well. There is a great little breakfast spot about a block away, and lots of good restaurants and bars nearby.
Negative: This isn't a complaint so much as an observation: the pool in the courtyard is not very big and most folks have to go by it to get to their rooms, so it is a bit public. Great for kids, but we did not end up using it.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The 2 bed/2 bath apartment with kitchen was spacious and appropriately appointed.
Negative:
While the apartment was clean, it was slightly shabby and could use some updating. Both of the toilets would not fill automatically, and you had to jiggle the handle. The carpet was dingy and needed replaced.

Proximity to everything. Great apartment sized room.
Negative:
Noise from Mahogany Jazz club. Noise from street cleaners. Kind of wish there was continental breakfast, but Fleur de Lis restaurant had great breakfast just two blocks up.

The location is great! Right at the heart of the French Quarter in walking distance to pretty much anywhere. The design of rooms and facilities were excellent, too. Amenities are perfect and staff is very friendly.
Negative:
Our major issue was the cleanliness, as under our beds and, to a lesser’s extent, in rooms, it was somewhat dusty and not super clean. But taking into account that they allowed us to check in at 1pm instead of 4pm, it should be a minor issue, I assume.
