“During our stay there were a handful of item/amenities that were underwhelming. Our in-room refrigerator was turned off, so that was unavailable the first day until it had enough time to run and cool down. The beds were uncomfortable and the towels were scratchy. Nothing stood out as particularly impressive, and compared to the number of items that were disappointing, this stay was average.”
