“A hidden gem in a central location that has had an excellent "make over". Great food and drink, as well as really affordable clean and modern budget accommodation upstairs. But what really makes it are the staff who provide some of the friendliest service in Hobart. Peter, Sarah, Kath and crew have all been amazing every time I've stayed here - it feels like I'm visiting family. Always friendly, helpful and make the experience really feel welcoming. My only reluctance at singing their praises the deserve is it'll be harder for me to stay at the last minute if everyone finds out about it! ❤️”

“The room was clean, bed large & comfy. Soft towels & a good hot shower. Great lower -cost accom in the centre of North Hobart. ”

“The bed was comfy, sheets were clean. Extra pillows were requested but were not available. The kitchenette had no toaster, so was of limited use. Insufficient cutlery. Bathroom generally clean but shelf in shower was dirty. ”

“Excellent clean room with a comfy bed with a huge bathroom and a lovely shower. It had a microwave so food could be cooked.”

“The room was dirty. There was a soap left in the shower. There was tissues in the bedside table. The mattress was one of the saggiest I have ever slept on. ”

“On arrival the electric kettle shorted out and stunk like sour milk. I took it down to a staff member who replaced it with a new one. The bed took up most if the room. The bathroom sink was cracked and didn't look clean around the plug hole, there was also a pubic hair on the sink. The towel rail was hanging out from the wall and the tiny bin next to the toilet had a brown smear on it.”
