Hotel location is great in Woodside, Queens. Great access to train & buses for Manhatton. Staff were friendly & efficient, excellent customer service provided. Hotel itself is very dated, decor is very old & worn, however, my room & general reception was clean. Bedroom was very big, bed was comfy & the bathroom was clean. Room cleaned & towels changed daily. Price was excellent for location. Deposit was refunded day of departure. Hotel is a good 2 star. I would stay again for location.

It’s a good hotel, clean but the noise from the street is glaring! It is located near a hospital facility so expect ambulance and police sirens blaring like every 30 minutes even in the wee hours of the night and morning. We woke up exhausted and irritable for lack of sleep. The hotel could use some noise reduction structural repairs in rooms facing the street. The noise pollution is terrible!

My room and the rest of the hotel I could see was very clean, the staff was polite and helpful. My room was spacious and generally updated. I would stay there again.

Room clean, staff was friendly. Lots of food places close by on roosevelt ave.

Internet was fast you had to go down to Roosevelt by 61st but not that far of a walk for shops

This is a good value for a budget hotel in Queens. The room was basic and clean. Towels and sheets are thin and dingy but clean. Great hot water. Building itself is quiet, although lots of traffic and sirens outside. Immediate neighborhood is nothing special but subway and restaurants a 10 minute walk. The deposit thing is sketchy - you put down a $100 deposit, although weirdly it never actually showed up on my credit card receipt. I wouldn’t stay here for a long time but if you just need a place to rest or then it’s fine and even a good value.
