Negative: Accessing the car park on first try. There were 2 car parks, chose closest first, card would not work. After many tries finally noticed a small notice referring to the second car park. Reversed out, tried it ok. There should be very clear, very large, signage for people who may be tired and confused after a long trip. In the car park, 2 separate occaisions cars using disabled parking, no permit shown, RangeRover, BMW = entitled 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Very easy communication, finding a carpark easily hassle free, and the front desk service easy and less fuss.
Lovely ambience, smelt amazing
Room was nice and big, the bed was very comfy.
Close to everything bars, shopping, and restaurants.
Great experience ans have recommended to friends.

The room was clean and tidy, and everything I needed for an overnight stay was provided.
Negative:
My only minor criticism was that the kitchen sink plug did not hold water, which made washing my dishes a little difficult.
Summary: The accommodation was perfect for my requirements and I'll look to stay here again in the future.
