The location of this apartment is right in the middle of what we wanted to do while here. Paris proper and Disneyland. The bus was across the street and 20 minutes to the train station which went in both directions. When the car dropped us in front of the apartment we were surprised to find it was actually a retirement building, clean as could be and the desk clerk was wonderful and handed us the keys but spoke little English, we speak little French so it was perfect. The apartment was on the fifth floor via elevator and was clean as a whistle and exactly as described, one deviation was the photo showed a washer which wasn't present at the time. Two bedrooms, all minimally decorated, main bedroom had a queen bed and the second had 2 twins. A bit of discovery to find the blankets and never could figure the A/C but it was a great temp so no big deal. The water closet/toilet room was separate from the shower room with the sink and mirror. Opposite of the apartment from each other, Toilet room had no sink which was weird by had room for wheelchairs and the shower room had lots of room and accessible to wheelchair without a threshold anywhere. It all just worked, it was super clean and easy to use and we waved and gave our best bonjour to the residents as we came and went. The apartment was the complete opposite of the bustle of Paris, lots of restaurants, cafe' and creperies within a short walk and reasonable. We'd return without question.

This is such a perfect stay! It's in a nice and quiet area, the bus stop is just a few steps away and the train station is just 10 minutes walk away. It was a massive apartment which has everything you need for a perfect stay! The staff here is so sweet and helps out with any questions or issue when they are available. Loved it!

This was a great room for your money. Nice, clean, staff was friendly. I only wish the TV was in the room instead of the living room or that there was a couch in the living room. Also should be noted that it's about 45min to an hour to get to Paris and Disneyland. There is a train station 5min away, which is convenient and cheaper then taxis and Uber.
