“I love Radisson hotels and usually have a great experience. Upon arrival we had no hot water, it had been out for 3 days apparently. The road noise is loud in the rooms. Overall great hotel but the hot water was an issue and we didn't receive anything back from the hotel. ”

“Door is not proffer working. Sometime more than 20 times try to open it.
Sofa is bad spot condition
Shampoo was not refilled and half used shampoo was wasted and not replaced. So, used soap for washing hair

“The staff were very courteous. As an American staying in Gorakhpur, the hotel was exactly as I would hope it would be. The breakfast is amazing and the room service dining was also excellent. I appreciated having access to a driver for airport shuttle and one other trip we needed. Will stay again when we return in 2 months. ”
