“Buttons in their only passenger lift needs to be fixed. Had to help a customer in wheelchair who got stuck in lift because the buttons were sticking in lift. It seemed to be happening to lots of customers. When I told staff, they said the engineers didn’t think it was a priority to fix a stuck button in a lift.”
