“Disappointing experience – definitely not a 5-star hotel The location is excellent, and that is probably the strongest point of this hotel. However, overall, I do not think this hotel deserves a 5-star rating, especially considering the price. The fitness facilities were disappointing, with some of the equipment not working. The minibar was completely empty and only available upon request. There was no complimentary water in the room and no welcome drink or any small gesture for arriving guests, which is something I would expect from a hotel at this level. The breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment. The selection was extremely limited and the quality was very poor. For the price of the hotel, I expected a much higher standard. During the day, there was also a fire drill, during which it was impossible to access the rooms. What was particularly frustrating was that there was apparently no one available to communicate with guests or provide any assistance or information during the drill. Housekeeping was another issue. My room was not cleaned even though there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. It was only cleaned after I specifically requested it. Even then, the room was not properly serviced — no towel and no toilet paper were provided. Considering the price, the overall experience simply does not justify the cost.”

“Very nice hotel with great staff located in a very convenient part of the beautiful city of Kracow! Would definitely stay there again!”

“The hotel was in a very good position and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason for 4 stars was simply that the hotel didn’t seem any different to lesser starred hotels I’ve stayed in before. The breakfast was fine but you didn’t come out feeling it was anything special. Our room was a superior room with old town views, in reality we looked onto the car park of a museum so a bit dull. The housekeeping didn’t even provide clean glasses each day, we’d come back and the glasses were still on the bedside table with water in. I know this might seem a bit petty as it’s easily remedied but we expected more from a 5* Radisson hotel.”

“We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive from check-in all the way through to checkout. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient. I also really appreciated the complimentary water, with the option to choose between sparkling or still, as well as cold or room temperature. A small touch, but a very nice one! Breakfast was good, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!”

“I had a very good stay. The room was a good size, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I also liked having a water fountain and an ice machine on the floor—it was very convenient for guests. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the complimentary snacks available in the lobby were a nice touch. The only thing worth mentioning, although I don’t consider it a negative, was the room service charge. I was informed about the additional fee beforehand and still chose to use the service, but I felt the charge was a bit expensive.”
