Radisson RED London Twickenham | Hotel in St. Margarets and North Twickenham

I’m afraid the room was not up to scratch. We stayed in a disabled room.. In the bathroom was your usual mirror but not one mirror in the bedroom that made it exceptionally difficult when getting ready for our night out. Down the side of the bed was filthy!! Broken glass under the bed! i felt the carpets where unclean in the corridor. i think it’s surface clean only. very dusty along the skirting and old carpet. Not great

Great, clean and modern hotel with superb facilities. Free parking a great perk in London. All staff we spoke with were hugely polite and helpful.

Long weekend with my husband. Helpful and nice personal both at the reception and breakfast. Good breakfast with all the choices available. Bus stop just outside of the hotel. Spa, gym and pool next door. Clean rooms, tea, coffee and cookies available. Good beds but cold offer lower alternative pillows. My warm recommendation.

Fantastic hotel or be it a little tired around the edges. Only one problem I know people will say it was extreme weather but an international hotel group should be ready for every eventuality the air conditioning was not able to supply any areas sufficiently. Bedroom showing 30 degrees at 11pm. Gave a fan but not quite what was expected of this top rated hotel. The night before I stayed in a premiere inn in Brentford all good.

Beautiful hotel clean modern bar and restaurant also good breakfast buffet was really good with great choice even cake ! Loved that (only quarm was the tomatoes were covered in herbs no plain option) Staff were approachable friendly kind accommodating. Room was great (family room) beds comfortable enough pillows immaculately clean plenty of room had iron ironing board hair dryer could have done with a few more clothes hangers bathroom and shower brilliant and again clean only quarm in bathroom was the hair conditioner was empty . Tea and coffee great although could have done with more tea bags rather than just being left with 4 at a time ... Towels not changed on a daily basis so had to ask for fresh towels which were bought up to our room very quickly although in my view fresh towels daily are a must... Bottled water left in our room daily - great liked that. The door.... ummmmm very noisy on closing with a loud ish bang no option to close door quietly so you could hear other guest doors being closed which at times woke me up - this i think needs to be looked at. All in all a great stay with some very minor issues but for a hotel such as this these minor issues should not really happen. Would recommend and would book again as liked hotel and staff all in all also in great location Thank you to all your brilliant lovely staff.

I stayed for one night as a solo female traveler. The property was very clean and had all the usual necessities such as a shower cap in the bathroom and coffee and hot chocolate sachets. I used the sauna at the adjacent gym and was given a free locker key by reception, who were very professional and kind. The check out time was 12 noon, which is fantastic, and I was able to leave my bags at reception once I checked out as I wanted to explore more of Twickenham and Richmond.

We choice this hotel for its great location and modern look. When we got there the staff were friendly and check in was straight forward room was nice. We then wanted dinner and we were told we couldn't stay upstairs as there was a private fuction and downstairs on the hotel restaurant (which is open to the public) there was the football match on and lots of men using very foul language and were extremely loud. We walked in there with our two boys age 6 and 9 and couldn't even get a drink as we couldn't get through anywhere and the language there were using was disgusting so we walked straight back out. Went to speak to staff who didnt help and only said ot gets like this when the football is on. So we had to sit in reception where a fight broke out and really scared one of our boys. Would not recommend this a family friendly hotel at all.. very disappointed.
