Positive: The fact that Rania’s cottage overlooks the Ionian through a terraced forest makes it feel like it should be in a movie. It’s just beautiful. It’s very quiet and very well located close enough to Lakka for convenience but at an excellent distance to get away from it all. Truly amazing.
Negative: There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like about the place.
Summary: Magical

Positive: Rania‘s Cottage is the perfect place to unwind - incredible views, a beautiful garden with lots of places to relax, and the house itself is charming - simple and elegant with everything you need and more, and Mariana was so kind and helpful. We didn’t hire a car but loved walking down to the beach and into Lakka every day.

Positive:
We had a wonderful time at Rania's Cottage. The setting is SO perfect just above the village of Lakka and Orkos beach - albeit a steep climb above! - but it was unbelievably peaceful and quiet - heavenly! The cottage was very well equipped and easy to live in - everything we could need was thought of there and Marianna so kindly had bought some things for us to eat on our first evening as we were so tired from the journey.
Negative:
I can't think of anything I didn't like - the ONLY thing perhaps was that the second bathroom (and it is super handy to have 2 bathrooms/toilet )had no side glass wall or shower enclosure so we didn't use the shower as we thought the whole room would flood! Perhaps it wouldnt' but we didn't dare try it just in case - maybe it needs a shower curtain or shower door?
Summary: To sit on the garden sofa early in the morning with a cup of tea - sheer perfection!
