Summary: This hotel was so comfortable and felt like home away from home. Everyone was kind, accommodating, and took their time with us. The young man took his time showing us wonderful places in the nearby area on a map (which became a lovely souvenir!), invited us into the bar to watch the World Cup final, and the next morning welcomed us to breakfast even though we arrived a bit late. It felt like this was one big family running a fine-tuned bed and breakfast. An absolutely wonderful experience and we are very grateful we chose this hotel! Thank you!

Summary: Amazing little hotel in Rathbaun, from the check in with a run down of all the sites to see in the area from the young man checking us in, to the delicious and plentiful breakfast made to order, to the friendly checkout. The family members that run the hotel are very warm and friendly. There were Kit Kat bars in the snack tray in the room. This was also our only hotel in Ireland that had a top sheet on the bed (it’s just not a thing here). A large parking lot just a short walk away and the hotel is less than 10 min from Doolin. One of our top two hotels in Ireland (we’ve stayed in seven so far). Highly recommend!

Summary: Not a large hotel but was my favorite of all we stayed in on our 10 night trip through Ireland. Staff really made an extra effort to make us feel welcome. The place is older but well maintained. Enjoyed our 2 nights there and will remember it, while most hotels are forgettable.

Summary: This is a family run hotel and the family is so welcoming and they work hard to provide you with everything you need. Our room was on the small side but the bathroom was spacious. Rooms well equipped. Bar and restaurant onsite. Have tea there! Amazing scones and a pot of tea for a very reasonable price. They even did a bag of laundry for us in a short time. Staff is amazing.

Summary: Lynn and the girls were amazing and incredible. They were all so sweet and made us feel special. The live-in cat, Gift, is absolutely a gift. Our stay was a 10/10 stay and we were grateful to have found this place to stay in while visiting Doolin. Their recommendations were great, the bed was and room were great and the breakfast was incredible. Fell in love with the world’s best soda bread and homemade raspberry jam there and still dream of it.
