Travel Purpose: business
Positive: We did not availed a free breakfast during our stay.
Location is okay, the unit is just a walk away from evertything.
Negative: There is something disturbing sound during sleeping time.
Cats enter the unit when we incautiously open the door.
Summary: For a first timer in Zamboanga City, staying in RB Condo is okay. We will definitely come back.

Positive:
Everything you need in a condo. Everything you need to cook within reason. Good WiFi, clean rooms plenty of space. The staff and owner go so far above and beyond what is expected, it is ridiculous. If you need something, message them and they will take care of it. Literally the most accommodating hosts I've ever experienced. Great value for the price.
Negative:
The listed secondary sleeping for 3rd or 4th persons was a sectional couch, for a small person not an issue. But, not ideal for adult men of average or above height/weight. The A/C was effective, but basically had 2 settings. Off or full blast.
