“Clean room, more spacious than we expected, staff was nice, room to get ready in basement if arrived early before room is ready, easy checkout. Amazing location to all of city. Glad we stayed here!”

“It was not ideal. We chose to stay in the area because our son lives somewhat close to the hotel. My first impression, small lobby, with a musty smell. Still hoped for the best and the hotel employee was very nice. Once we entered our room, I was disappointed. Small and cramped which is expected but it was dusty and I even questioned if the sheets were washed. They also had small like fruit flies in the bathroom. Plus we did not sleep well because the bars in the area close at 4:00 am. And the later it got the louder it got. We won’t stay again.”

The room was small, the bedsheets did not feel properly clean, and the bathroom also needed more attention. For the price paid, I expected a much better standard. The location is convenient, but the cleanliness and room quality let the hotel down.”

“The hotel is in an excellent spot. My room was tiny, but clean and was perfect for the single night stay. This hotel has the typical case of NYC's paper thin walls, but they only have two rooms per floor, so internal noise is limited. Staff was incredibly professional and welcoming.”
