“Loved it here. The staff was very helpful recommending dinner locations for something quick and sit down. The breakfast spread a a good variety. I got to try Greek yogurt and Greek pastries that were so good!! Our room was in excellent condition, toiletries were fancy, ac was great, easy to get to with the elevator. Excellent for the price we paid The only thing i didn’t like was the surrounding buildings had graffiti so it brought the neighborhood down. And there was no laundry machines”

“A great hotel. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. Great rooms and great breakfast. Superb location as well for all things Lego. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere and a super place to relax. Highly recommend the Refborg. Am going back again in September Well done to all.”

“Located very close to everything. It’s a walk to the library where the bus stop is located to get to the Velje train station to/from Copenhagen. The breakfast is delicious with a little of everything including traditional Danish breads and cheeses. There is no elevator. The steep round stairs up and down are dangerous especially if you have luggage and mobility issues.”

“5 star all the way! Our room was cozy and clean clean clean .The beds were extra comfy with nice down duvets. The staff were so nice and so friendly. Our waitress told us a little about the hotel which was very interesting . The Restaurant was our highlight of our stay .. from the homemade bread and the delicious butter ! I had the most amazing steak with homemade potatoes with glazed carrots and vegetables. I had the best steak I have ever eaten .We can’t wait to stay there again ! And so convenient to get to the airport. I might add there is a grocery store right next door. Thank you for a great experience! “Very nice small hotel which is very close to everything in town and convenient, lots of little shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It is a very short walk to Lego House and also easily walkable to Legoland. Has a cute store attached. The breakfast food was simple but nice. Coffee options could be a bit better. ”

“The hotel was perfect for a short business trip to Billund. The location is great as it is gives reasonably quick access, even by foot, to all of the offices I cared about, but was away from the amusement park/kid heavy areas, which made working much easier. The food was excellent—both the breakfast buffet, but also the restaurant in the evening. Finally, the hotel staff were, without exception, outstanding. Friendly, helpful, and attentive at every turn. On future trips to Billund, this is where I will stay; no question.”
