“The rooms were clean and comfortable. Never saw the staff unless you ringed the bell to get their attention. They supposedly offered waffles but the griddle and the fixings were never put out for the 3 days that we were there. The rest of the continental breakfast was adequate. It was a very good stay for the most part. We would definitely use them again for our next stay.”

“We stay at Regency every time we need a hotel while in Pittsburg Kansas.The staff is always friendly, the rooms are extremely clean, it's very quiet. The only downside is I prefer a softer bed, where their beds are very firm.”

“There was a snafu at check in and I got the keys for the wrong room. The front desk staff caught the error before I reached the room and called me and had the right keys waiting when I came back. Yes, it was an error at check in; but, it was very quickly and professionally handled.”
