Relais Paradiso Reviews
Reviewer Type: Family With Children
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The staff were exceptional and made our stay unforgettable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction felt genuinely warm and friendly rather than simply professional. They really cared that we had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is small and peaceful, so there’s always plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, the food was excellent, breakfast was fantastic, and the views are beautiful.
Negative: Only very minor things. Some of the fixtures and fittings are beginning to look a little dated and could benefit from a refresh. The view is partly softened by mature trees, but we actually liked that—it was refreshing to see nature left to be nature instead of everything being cut back for tourism. Neither point affected our stay at all.
Summary: Genuine hospitality, wonderful staff and a hotel we’d happily return to.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel and were impressed from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional throughout our visit — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything fresh and beautifully prepared. A very special thank you to Conny, who made our stay even more memorable with her kindness, professionalism, and personal care. I would also like to separately praise Carmelo for his outstanding service, friendliness, and dedication to making guests feel comfortable and valued. It is rare to find a hotel where both the atmosphere and the staff are so consistently excellent. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish stay with truly first-class hospitality.
