“This was advertised as a pay at the property, but the property ran the payment before we got arrived. There were others traveling with us, and each was very paying for their room. The property was clean and staff was nice. Rooms were clean. I was not happy that people were sitting in their car smoking weed with their windows down, so walking thru parking lot the smell was awful. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance.”

“cleanish (some weird old stations and such). no bugs. our AC wouldn't stay on. there's refurbishments going on. it was quiet with some motel people around the property”

“The people running this motel are really striving for 100% customer satisfaction. The ice machine wasn't pumping out ice. I mentioned it to one of the managers. He had it fixed in less than ten minutes. They've repainted. They redid the parking lot, getting rid of pot holes. It's well lit. It's conveniently located near many fabulous Webster restaurants. There's a WalMart nearby. Just a great place to stay.”

“Sunflower seed on the bed, only decaf coffee in room. Coffee not replaced on second day of my stay. Otherwise floor was clean, fridge worked. Near Wegmans where I got dinner 😊”

“The team at the Relax Inn is really putting in the effort to make this a great place. Rooms are very clean. All the amenities work well. Staff is kind and friendly. Really excited to watch this little inn transform what it means to stay in a quality little hotel.”
