Very attentive and friendly front desk staff. The breakfast was great. Staff members were attentive even during a busy and bustling breakfast window Double thumbs up for the waffle makers during breakfast. Yum!

Plenty of parking, quiet and safe location

We’ve stayed here a couple of times and always enjoyed our stay but it has gone downhill significantly. Our room was clean, however the couch was disgusting. It was peeling and cracking over the place. The property grounds are very dirty and need to be power washed. The pool area was also dirty. The umbrellas were covered in dirt. The surrounding area was covered in dirt and when you walk with wet feet, it created mud everywhere. The pool loungers were nice but dirty. The other pool furniture, the rattan chairs and such need to be thrown away. They are all broken and make the area look rundown. The whole pool area needs to be cleaned. The staff is always nice but we were really disappointed in our stay. We ended up leaving at 1:00 am because I couldn’t sleep there another night because I kept getting bit by something in our room. I will say, it was NOT bed bugs because I checked the bed extensively but something did bite me several times on our first night and then again on our “would be second” so we left.

This was my 5th time staying at this Residence Inn. The staff has always been pleasant and accommodating, the rooms are clean and well kept, the grounds are well maintained and amenities are very nice. A breakfast buffet is definitely a plus.

Heather and Aurora are awesome. Kind considerate and attentive. The hotel room had some bugs flying around but otherwise relatively clean. The gym could use an equipment upgrade or some fixes on bike pedals and other equipment

Clean room with full size fridge and freezer. Great for traveling with an ice chest. Also felt the parking lot was safe with all out luggage inside.

The property is in need of upkeep. The properties’ plants needed much pruning and watering. I understand the location is in the desert but if plants to beautify the area can’t be maintained, it’d be ideal to replace with something more feasibly maintainable for the owners. The pool area and walkways were in need of cleaning as the plant life and sand/dirt/rocks along the paths would spill onto the pathways with obvious signs of no upkeep. The pool gates remained unlocked throughout our stay due to poor condition of the gates. The lobby door leading to the patio and pool area had a push bar that was broken. Guests used the bbq area to cook in the afternoon and the dirty bbq utensils were left out uncleaned well into the next morning. The bbq area was also left as a mess. The room was also worn. The chairs in the dining area were peeling and we were missing one chair. The couch had an old wet stain (spilled ice cream?!?) that was not cleaned up and there were no linens available for the sofa couch. We’d have to call the front desk to deliver them. Pot and pan had the black non-stick coating well scratched. Otherwise, the lobby breakfast area seemed to be well maintained and kept clean during breakfast hours. Food was also on par with other Residence Inn locations we’ve been - freshness, restock, quality, and quantity- all pretty consistent . I’d much prefer to try another hotel in the area before coming back to this one.

There was a shortage of furniture in our 2 bedroom suite. Existing furniture was worn and dirty. Floors were worn and dirty. Also, I paid for a golf view and when I checked in they said all the rooms have a golf view. Not very professional.
