Great staff, clean, professional

Room was clean. Although parking wasn't free, it was easy to access. Hotel close to Target & a few other stores. Breakfast was very good.

First, I was surprised to find that guests are required to pay for parking. The hotel is located in a large suburban area with an enormous parking lot, and I've never had to pay for parking at a hotel in a similar location. Additionally, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. There was more than a one-hour delay before I was able to check in, which got my stay off to a very poor start.

Breakfast buffet was exceptional and the outdoor pool and hot tub were so well maintained. It is a great hotel for relaxing and taking a rest day on a trip!

I booked this hotel for their swimming pool and hot tub. However even though they were well maintained and operating the open hours were so limited, one could not visit it with even a small daily schedule! Also the pay for parking was awkward.

Cleaning staff did not replenish supplies ( had to call numerous time and have things brought that should have been done during cleaning). Cleaning staff left door unsecured (not latched when we returned in the evening), anyone could have walked in and taken everything. Overall a poor experience and would not recommend.

Paying for parking in one of the wealthiest counties in America at a Marriott property, in an area that does not have a transient population or is not crime-ridden is absolutely ridiculous. This is poor to the Marriott brand and poor by the staff of the hotel. Seeing a big sign at the entrance about paying to park in an open lot in a suburban area makes no sense-- this is not a downtown area, there is a large shopping center across the street, and open parking lots of businesses next door. This must be changed and all guest should be compensated in some ways. If it were not a family celebration for my 9 year daughter on her birthday, i would have cancelled my reservation. Please review and fix. We have never seen this absent major dowtown areas-- Atlanta, Philly, DC, New York, Chicago, etc-- and never when it was not a parking garage and limitations in parking spaces. Horrible.

breakast was okay, place was nice, old room with distinct smell

Would highly recommend, great for families, near shopping. Great breakfast included.
