“We had a newly-remodeled room which was clean, modern, and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was a nice benefit. Parking was free and plentiful.”

“Property is currently undergoing renovation, so that impacted the outdoor cleanliness of the property. However, the pool had debris in it and should have been cleaned, housekeeping neglected to gather a few items from previous guests (used towel behind bathroom door and a comb in the vanity drawer). Dishwasher flap did not open, so as dishwasher was run, essentially, no soap was used. Staff members were all positive and responsive to our concerns.”

“Currently under renovation so some construction equipment located outside, however inside perfectly clean very well maintained, and the staff was unbelievable front desk. A black gentleman and a black female went above and beyond. We adored them both. I believe the female was a district manager I unfortunately did not get their names, but they make things so pleasurable.”

“The door to the outside downstairs from our room was not look. The lock appeared as if it had been seriously tampered with!! I called the desk and was told they knew it was broken and someone was coming the next day to fix it and he would walk the property in the night. Thankful Our room door bolted ”

“The front desk staff was super nice but unfortunately checked one of the people in our group into a room full of another guests items and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We also found spots of what looked like blood on the walls and when we crawled into bed the sheets were both stained and had hair on them. Luckily we had an extra sheet from the pull out couch bed we could cover the mysteries with. Overall, the rooms were just dated but it did look like they were mid-update on the hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was exactly what we needed and parking was easy. ”

“It is difficult to rate the hotel as it is currently under construction. The hotel is old, hence the construction. The breakfast was eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, and waffles. There was cold cereal bowls and instant oatmeal. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite and each bedroom had a private bathroom.”
