Positive:
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The riad in Marrakech is truly beautiful, with a very authentic atmosphere that made the whole experience feel special.
What impressed me the most, however, was the staff. I have never encountered such kindness and warmth in any hotel before. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable at all times.
I highly recommend this place and would gladly return.
