Positive: I had a very nice stay at Riad Zi, which offers an authentic, traditional Moroccan riad experience.
The room was on the smaller side, but it was perfectly adequate and comfortable for my needs. Being in a central area, there was some noise from the surrounding rooftops and the regular call to prayer—which can definitely wake you up—but overall, it was completely acceptable and part of the traditional atmosphere.
Breakfast was basic, though pleasant and enough to get the day started. What truly stood out was the staff: they were extremely helpful, polite, and always attentive throughout my stay.
Recommended if you are looking for a genuine stay in a classic riad!

Very helpful and friendly team. Rooms authentic, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Good advice to book a car through the Riad as initially it could be hard to find the Riad in the Medina. By booking a car, a Riad Representative meets you at the gate where the taxi has to stop, orientates you to the area and escorts you to the accommodation.

Location is great, just after the entrance to Medina so good point for further explorations. Room is clean and has everything you would need. Staff is super helpful.
Negative:
All was good. Only the rooms are a bit dark, but I guess that is with all riads, and the breakfast could have a bit less carbs

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. We were not able to close the outer door of our room. The breakfast tasted good and was ready quickly.
Negative:
The bed was very hard and not comfortable. I didn't like that the outer door did not close properly.
