Positive: Good location, great views to the bay.
A very bright place.
Negative: The kitchen has a bad smell, there was no soap to clean the dishes, only the dishwasher.
The second room has a double bed but withou space at the sides, you feel a bit stuck, plus the mattress made noises.
The first toilet also made some noises everytime you use the WC.
The indications to collect the keys wew a bit vague and it would have been helpful to know that the parking entrance is in the next building over the street. We could not find it.

Positive: The agency that managed the apartment was quite helpful with a few issues we had. Firstly, Santiago was prompt dealing with the coffee machine that leaked water everywhere. Secondly, Sofia was quite patient and dealt with a major issue we had which I will explain below.
Negative: In general, the apartment was quite good. The problem we had was that in the middle of the night the safe hidden right next to the bed started making sounds due to its 9 volt battery dying. It was impossible for us to do anything about this issue, and we had an entire night with practically no rest. Sofia was able to get this solved the next day. If I were booking here, I would INSIST that the battery of the safe is removed before my stay to prevent having a sleepless night. Why the owner needs to keep their valuables in a rental apartment is beyond my comprehension.
Summary: Good flat in Riazor.

The location was good and there was plenty of space. I mentioned that there was no hairdryer in the apartment although this was listed in the facilities and one was dropped off which I appreciated.
Negative:
The spa bath/ hot tub that is advertised on the list of facilities does not work. I asked multiple times why they didn’t work, whether they could be fixed and why we hadn’t been notified about this and did not receive a response. Also I felt that the little coffee table was unsafe as it’s not secure and I have a 2 year old. The acrylic dining chairs are aesthetically pleasing however some of them had cracks which pinched your skin/ clothing.
I think there are some things that could be added to the apartment to make it better such as some additional towels, a tea towel for wiping up and drying the dishes and also a duvet cover on the duvet as the duvet was ‘sandwiched’ between two sheets and I don’t think that’s very hygienic as all guests are using the same duvet so would be more hygienic for a duvet cover to be put onto the duvet.
Summary: Good but could have been better.

Negative:
This was a rainly season and the big rain droplet noice due to bad roof sheet was disturbing all the three nights. There was no water curtains in the bathrrom. Complaint raised but no body bothered to attend
Summary: uncomfortable , not able to sleep in the night due to rain noice in side apartment.

Spacious apartment, good views. Well equipped kitchen, Liked the washing machine.
Negative:
The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, sagged in the middle, and the sofas were also very uncomfortable very soft and no support. The bedside lights are much too bright. Please put tea towels in the kitchen as there is nothing to dry anything with in there.
