“The hotel is largely self-service, with automated check-in and check-out via a computer and very little staff presence. Some food items like coffee and jams are available for purchase if needed, although some prices were not clearly displayed. I especially appreciated the complimentary fruit in the lobby. The location is very convenient—close to the lake and supermarkets—though it is a little far from Locarno and many of the best restaurants. The room was clean, modern, and the air conditioning worked very well. A couple of small points could be improved: there was no conditioner provided in the shower, and the TV setup did not make it easy to connect an Apple TV via HDMI because there was no nearby power outlet. Daily cleaning is available for an extra charge, which is somewhat unusual, but I was personally fine with it.”

“I love how it was very clean and easy for self check in and check out. Everything is walkable distance and you can get free bus pass online through hotel. Highly recommend staying at this property it’s so worth it. Lot of food options within walking distance. ”

“The accomodation was definitely good! There's a set of cooking tools, incl a 2 pan induction cooker stored smartly like in those wonderful tiny houses you know from internet. We managed to do some nice cooking. There's a bar with 2 high stools, where there's room for 1,5 person to sit at. There's not much space to store your belongings or suitcases... Everything is very clean and tidy The fridge was well equipped with cool beverages and beer.(free of charge) Electronics do play a dominant role in this accomodation. Once you tame the system it serves you right. Until that moment it tries to think for you, closing/opening sunscreens at surprising moments. Well, it's all in the experience of being there. There's a lounge in the central hall where you can get high quality coffee from an advanced coffee machine. (not free of charge). The staff was very kind and helpful. I can really recommend this place to have a very good stay, on walking distance of Lago Maggiore ”

“Nice hotel that focuses on all the important things inside the hotel room while saving money on things most travelers don’t need. The rooms are great with modern lighting and blinds, great shower, and free Drinks in the minibar. Checking is at a kiosk and the rooms are cleaned ever third day to keep room prices low - which fits what I wanted very well. No free onsite parking but there is plenty public parking around the corner that’s free during the night and very affordable during the day. Overall would totally stay there again. There is even an electric car available for hourly rentals which is great when traveling by train.”
