Rivers Edge Treehouses Reviews
“There was a brief issue with water supply (possibly air in the lines) but we had no response from voicemail and direct messing sent to property owners/managers. Other than this brief hiccup, the location and treehouse itself was a absolutely wonderful!”
“This place could have been a much better experience was it not for the following and paying $240 for one night was overpriced taking into consideration these issues: Very bad communication with the hotel’s administration. It took 3 days for admin to answer my call and email requesting for the sofa bed to be made and to take $15 payment for that service. The phone is NEVER answered. No water when we arrived to the hotel at 5:00 pm, after hiking all day ; we weren’t able to shower until past 9:00 pm Shower curtain is too short and the bathroom floor gets soaked! Complimentary shower gel in the bathroom was completely watered down. Don’t offer shower gel if it’s going to be all watered down! Bathroom door gets stuck, only way to slide it open is to bend down and lift it while sliding it. It took us 20 min to figure it out while I was stuck in the bathroom. How would you feel if this was your experience? I will never come back or recommend this place”
“I really enjoyed the experience everything was a one they really made you feel at home.”
