“BILL was amazing. Thank you bill for your kindness and professionalism. Things not related to bill. The pool was pretty dirty as well as the hot tub. I have seen worse, however. The breakfast was supposed to go till 9am or 10. either way, we got there 40 mins before breakfast time was over and there was only 1 hot thing available to eat, initially there was a few other things. a big vat of soft potatoes with a couple scrambled eggs was left. If breakfast doesn't actually go as long as the time allotted, you should let your customers know so they can get their earlier. most ppl dont want to get up that early for breakfast so most of us arrived in that last hr and nothing was left pretty much. was sad. nice that they serve it at all. but just give more accurate info! Room was VERY clean. :)”
