Roami at St. Charles Reviews
“When checking in we didn’t realize the property did not have a bag drop when arriving. No on site staff so called and got answered by a Philippines call center. They informed me the Roami two blocks away had one. The info was sent through. That also explains why maybe when they reached out to me a few days prior to arrival saying the pull out sofa was made and ready for us, it wasn’t and we had to make up ourselves. It is an Appartment so the usual noise from neighbors can be heard. Lucky ours where not to bad, just a little stomping around. Otherwise clean, tidy and good location to the action of Bourbon street. Would stay there again.”
“The location is perfect. Pretty much right in the middle of everything. The view from the terrace is very nice, especially at night. The place was overall pretty clean, I didn’t like the hair that kept attached to my socks though. The floor could have been cleaned a little better. Also there were ants. We didn’t eat or drink in the bedroom. But we woke up to ants on the walls and in the bed. I got bit a couple of times while I slept. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost none existent. So yeah, I don’t know if I would book this location again but it was horrible.”
“I had a really nice stay during the French Quarter Fest which was a pretty busy weekend. The place was nice spacious and clean. Location was great, a few minutes walk to most places I wanted to go. I am definitely staying here the next time I stay in New Orleans. ”
