“Wow. Finding a dormitory in south east Turkiye is crazy enough but inside a architectural marvel like this for such a low price. Water heater in the room to make tea, incredible wash room, fully functioning AC and let's not forget the terrace upstairs. Don't forget to hang there after dark. Listening to the call to preyer echo across the plains. If you are lucky you can watch the moon rise from behind the mountain. Definitely reccomended for solo travelers”

“Amazing location in the old town, close to all the touristy things, but in a quiet part so you feel like you have your own space. The hotel itself is beautiful and has clean facilities. The terrace is absolutely amazing, so peaceful and comfortable with a great view of the old town. The owners are also so kind and friendly. They were very nice to talk to and speak English. My sister got sick and they all cared for her like she was part of the family. We also stayed in the dorm room which is the only option of its kind in Mardin, and is very good value for money.”
