“The room was beautiful and comfortable, but not totally clean. Especially in the bathroom. Staff was efficient and professional in both of my interactions, check in and check out.”

“Was glad to find there was a microwave and refrigerator as you can't call to check. Being managed by an agency is so impersonal, but it worked out fine.”

“Nice environment next to beautiful river, this area of Connecticut is amazing. Rooms are nice, clean, private enough. Stay here 4-5 times overnight during the summer. Would suggest you to consider it as well!”

“Checked in and went to our room and found it not serviced or cleaned. Returned to the office and was given another room. That room was clean, but very dated. The bathroom was small, the toilet was loose (not properly attached) and moved when you sat on it. The refrigerator's icebox was frozen solid. There were only 2 hangars available. The vanity had chunks of laminate missing. The bathroom extractor was weak and dirty. They do have updated rooms (my son and his wife got one of the updated rooms). We were not lucky enough to get one but were charged the same rate! Definitely would not stay there again.”

“Everything was fine, but one suggestion is having an electrical extension cord avaiable for CPAP users. Otherwise, it was great!”
