“Air conditioner did not work, powered on but was not cold. Sketchy people lurking all through the night. They didn’t put a hold on my credit card, they actually charged the $100 deposit and haven’t returned it. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.”

“Pretty sure they are being subsidized by the state to double as a homeless shelter. Lots of comings and goings at all hours and folks wandering around like they don't know what planet they're on.
Not a great experience, definetly not a place to bring family.”

“No offense. But this whole A.I front desk is going to lead into trouble especially for ppl who may have or not have a phone also its too dependent on the machines. Anyone can break them and the guests will have no way to access. It could lead to crime and vandalism. Have a perspn be there ”
