Summary: We had an incredibly loud air conditioner in our room. I believe it was loud, old, and outdated. It needs to be replaced.
I was traveling with my elderly mother. We had a second floor room. There is no elevator. It was hard on her on the stairs. I checked with the front desk and their were no other first floor rooms available.

Summary: So this is not the Plaza or the Four Seasons, it’s a two-star hotel/motel. With that in mind, it’s a nice place. Sure there are a couple of problems (stains, cracks, chips, etc) but the bed was comfy, the room was clean, and there was plenty of hot water in the morning. But the stand out were the staff. Super friendly and helpful. A great little low budget hotel/motel.

Summary: Staff were very friendly and informative. Room could use a refresh. Floors in bathroom and carpet should be replaced. Carpets have a musty smell. Room was fine for one night.

Summary: The rooms were clean. The air conditioner could use a clean there was mould in it. The staff were very helpful for resetting our cards when I put it on my phone. They called us when my son had forgotten a very important bag. We really appreciated that. Breakfast was good. We will recommend your place and we would stay there again. We did a a mix up with our room. A staff member had tried to get into our room. It was hard to get back to sleep after that. It was a misunderstanding.

Summary: The breakfast in the morning was worth it. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The room was a little dated and the chair was torn. I would recommend this hotel to others
