“My husband and I are international teachers in Chongqing. We stayed at The Radisson for a weekend to check out the hot springs nearby. The hotel was lovely. It was less than 500 feet from the hot springs. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Dinner at the hotel was a bit overpriced for the quality, however the free breakfast was amazing. ”

“Location-wise, it is a bit off the city centre, but the neighbourhood is nice enough to offer retail and nice restaurants. If you can walk, a 20-30-minute walk can take you to a very different local community. Rooms are fantastic, no complaints, especially with that huge balcony. The only problem is, they don't have a "DO NOT DISTURB" card for you to hang on your door if you need to get out and come back within a short period of time without bumping into the cleaning ladies. The room has a "DO Not Disturb" button, but after you plug you card key out, the electricity is gone, and so is the sign, so what is the point ??”

“For me; this hotel was great! Friendly staff, extremely helpful. I can not say enough good things about the concierge service. Tony Chen did a great job planning and arranging my Yangtze River Cruise, that lasted four days. He even purchased my return train ride back to Chongqing. If you do stay at this hotel be sure to walk around on the local streets and enjoy the shops across from the hotel. The food at the local shops we excellent. The morning breakfast buffet is a must have, it provides you with many options and you can eat until you're satisfied. One note that westerners need to understand when dinning at the hotel restaurants, the menu is not arranged to provide you with full or complete meals. When ordering it is necessary to make selections which will make for a full meal. I think anyone choosing this hotel will enjoy their stay, any room choice provides a great view of the landscape.”

“I enjoyed my 2 nights at the Radisson Blu because I needed a little relaxation time in a nice hotel. If you’re looking to do a lot of sightseeing in downtown Chongqing, this may not be the best place for you. Shapingba is a bit of a trek and the subway isn’t very close to the hotel, but the helpful concierge will get you a taxi (30-45 minute ride to the CBD). Pros: big rooms with bathtubs and balconies, extensive breakfast buffet worth the steep 100 yuan price. Cons: air-conditioning isn’t super strong, room carpets need replacing, not that much to see in walking distance. ”

“We stayed 7 nights all together in this hotel. We're very satisfied! The hotel is clean, modern & stylish.The Rong Hui Hot Spring is just next door. There's a food market with lots of restaurants to choose from just across the street, incl. typical Chongqing food. The area is relatively quiet compared to other places in Shapingba, which we liked very much. At the same time it's easy access to Three Gorges Square, either by taxi or bus.”

“My stay at Radisson Blu was awesome. I am always try to find a booster for WiFi. I was not able to this time since they were all out. But the next day the front desk called me that they installed one in my room. I was so happy that the wifi speed was so fast. They truly followed up with my request. I am thankful for the service.”
