“The staff was helpful and friendly. A nice location. The rooms were a bit dated and the carpet was stained. Wood floors would be a better option.”

“Was overall pleased with accommodation at Rose Farm Inn. Was very convenient to walk across to Spring House where I attended a wedding. Also easy walk to Old Harbor, shops & restaurants. Staff very pleasant. I enjoyed having breakfast offered onsite”

“The hotel was clean and inviting with beautiful grounds. Our room was spacious and comfortable, a little dated, but very nice. Clearly there were updates happening, so I suspect it will be even better next time. I gave a 4 for the staff, but seemed more like understaffing and all of the staff were helpful and kind. Good continental breakfast - maybe open a little earlier! Close enough to the center of town - walking distance for sure. Would definitely go there again.”

“Loved being able to walk to the town. But just far enough away to be quiet, which can be a problem in BI. The small bar in the Atlantic, on the same premises was friendly, quaint and the drinks were good! We could see the ocean from our room.”

“The Rose Farm Inn is a lovely, quaint,cozy hotel and we appreciated the charm but we weren't thrilled with the fact that there was no ice machine on site. We also weren't too happy to have to walk to another site to check in and we had to walk back to that building for a bucket of ice but the staff was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable..”
