“From start to finish, Tracy and Jerry could not do enough. Their beautiful home was so welcoming and comfortable, it was a pleasure to stay there. The breakfast was extensive and fabulous and so tasty too! They had covered all the small touches and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this B+B and would love to stay there again sometime. ”

“We were going to Chester races and wanted to stay overnight. This B&B did not disappoint. In fact I’d go as far as to say it was a perfect choice. Close to racecourse, extremely clean and well fitted out and very stylish too. The hosts had thought of everything from chocolate biscuits to bedside sweets , diluting juice and a great info book on local restaurants with menus. Highlights were Location Crisp cotton sheets & towels Breakfast overlooking beautiful garden Very clean and comfortable …and of course the hosts themselves We have shared this with our friends who are local so they can recommend it too. ”

“This was such a wonderful experience! My wife and I took a 17 day journey around GB and stayed in a ton of different places, and this was our absolute favorite. “Just came back from a 3 night stay at Roseville Bed & Breakfast. Tracy and Jerry were fantastic hosts and nothing was a bother for them. They were very friendly and we were told treat the place like our own home. After our welcome cuppa and delicious home made cakes we had a look round. The accommodation was immaculate, fresh bedding and towels everyday. Complementary bottles of beer, wine and cans of pop in the room. The property itself is beautiful with a stunning garden area. Now let's talk about breakfast.. it was amazing! Full English with the best locally sourced ingredients, 10/10. Best sausages I have ever tasted, eggs cooked how you like to absolute perfection. Lots of fresh fruit salad, cereals and yogurts on offer as well. In conclusion Tracy and Jerry were the host's with the most and we would most definitely stay again. Thanks for making our weekend even better. ”

“My partner and I were away for the weekend visiting Chester, so we decided to stay at the B&B with it being within 10 minutes of the city centre. It was simply stunning. Our hosts Jerry and Tracy were lovely, from the get go they gave us a warm, friendly welcome, showing us around their beautiful home and showing us to our room. Their attention to detail was impeccable, from the initial text message we received when booking the room, to the complimentary bottles of wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks in our room, to the whole welcoming and ecclectic vibe of the house itself, we didnt want to leave. This was along with recommending us local places to see and providing us with details of local taxi services sets roseville apart from other chain hotels and bnbs. Very clean and presentable rooms, access to our own bathroom with fresh towels and robes provided. The breakfast was delicious also, with their being a selection of a continental style breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereals. Followed by several cooked options, of which myself and my partner had the full English breakfast. This was delicious, with the added bonus of all ingredients being locally sourced. All in all we enjoyed our stay to say the least! Jerry and Tracy were great hosts and we shall be back in the future to book with them again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable! ”

“Beautiful house, warm Welcome, stunning and very clean room / Bathroom with very generous complimentary refreshments in the room. Breakfast was so accommodating and my partners diet preferences were no trouble for them at all. Breakfast has a lovely array of options and all delicious. A real home from home and would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Also quiet location and in warmer months they have a stunning garden! Colder months a wonderful conservatory with a small bar. Close to chester i.e we went into town and the Zoo for the day.”
