“This hotel is ok. I’d say it’s a three-star at best. Our room had visible water damage on the wall near one of the windows where the plaster was actually crumbling. They never should be having guests in such a room. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The staff were polite but not overly friendly. The bathroom was ABSURDLY small. The minibar fridge was off kilter. The neighborhood has definitely seen better days and has gone downhill in recent years. The charge from bringing a pet was WAY too high. I think you can definitely do far better in Belo. I definitely would NOT stay here again. ”
