Great location and very helpful and friendly staff
It's a rather inconvinient hotel room, the room itself is nice, however, basic amenities like room service are not provided. No fridge is provided, no phone for reception, no robes after a shower etc. I wouldn't personally book there again but it is a nice, clean room for someone not looking for anything but a bed to sleep in.
I loved everything about this hotel. Conveniently located in a shopping district close to the lake. Plenty of places to explore from the hotel. The rooftop bar was great and the room was clean and had AC (which was nice to have as Geneva was experiencing over 100° weather). The staff were friendly and helped finding me a dentist when I had an emergency. 100% recommend!
