“I had The Do Not Disturb sign up in my room, and they came in without authorization after knocking and waiting 2 seconds. I complained about it in writing and they responded and it seemed like it would not happen again. But they did the exact same thing again after that, and took away the Do Not Disturb to add insult to injury. Extremely disrespectful of me and my privacy, and beyond unprofessional. They also said my room had a balcony, yet all it was is a railing about 10-14 cm estimated from the glass window, so that is deceptive advertising imo. They also only responded to about 20% estimated messages I sent to them through the hotels.com app, which was inconvenient to say the least since I had never been to Kosovo before and do not speak the language either. Giving them 2 stars was generous.”

“The location is centrally located to main events and the center. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. Breakfast was great and the room was immaculate. On my next visit, I no longer have to search for a location as this would be my go to hotel.”

“Would definitely recommend to travelers. One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Pristine, if not the best. One warning though: it’s at the top of a pretty huge hill. No problem if you’re driving or taxiing here. But walking with heavy luggage from the bus station, as I did, was a real challenge. Not the hotel’s fault, just a word to the wise.”

“The room was clean and cleaned each day too, the staff were so helpful and friendly (and most spoke excellent English which really helped), nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were cooked fresh to order and tasted really good, esp considering the low prices. A good little hotel. We didn’t use the mini bar but it seemed well stocked. ”

“Amazing experience...fantastic location...great staff...smiling and warm friendly staff....breakfast excellent ...music ...even real piano...bed sheets and pillows super comfy...i got an upgrade for a room with balcony...the lady at the reception is a gem :)”
