Ruidoso Mountain Inn Reviews
“We enjoyed our stay”
“Title: The good the bad and ugly. Should I start with the ugly? The ugly is I am a gym rat. I always choose a hotel that has a gym. But this gym needs to be Retired as it is definitely a dinosaur. The equipment is older than me, which is pretty old, and it just doesn’t work. I mentioned it to the front desk and the gal contacted the manager who swore up and down he went in there and got everything to work just fine. I ended up having to do my workout at a gym outside, which to me is frustrating. The other ugly, the chair in my room, looked like it belonged to someone from the turn of last century. It was dirty and disgusting. OK, how about the good? Well if you like breakfast in the hotel, there was a little gal who was making homemade biscuits that looked decent… I just don’t eat white flour. She also made gravy and told me that there were bits of sausage in it. They also have water filtered dispensers to fill up your jug. But the best good was the bed. OMG I slept so good as the bed was super comfortable. Now for the middle of the road… The lady at the front desk was very friendly just a little too chatty for me. She was nice, but I had something to attend and I needed to excuse myself. Maybe the town of Ruidoso is just very friendly. I appreciate that; I just don’t appreciate a broken down old gym. That’s me and that that’s my story. I went ahead and left one day early. My family left early so I figured why bother and stay and struggle with a dirty chair and a rotten gym.”
“Hotel was clean and the staff working, were very nice and attentive any of your needs.”
