Positive: Location was perfect for downtown activities, clean and comfortable and safe. Bellhop service had groceries delivered before our arrival. Free parking, which was perfect because we didn't even need to use our vehicle, everything you could want to do in walking distance.
Negative: Method for pickup of keys is not hard if you follow the directions given, but there are a lot of steps
