I have rarely experienced such genuine, caring service, even in my extensive travel throughout Asia - an absolute gem.
I also would like to highlight the tour guide Mr. Yon who the hotel organized for us. He was an absolute delight as well. Very knowledgeable, very warm and friendly - he made our visits to the Angkor temples very entertaining and provided valuable insights into the country’s history, both ancient and recent. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff were all very kind and helpful. The hotel was also centrally located. All of the people at breakfast were also kind and accommodating.
Negative:
The air conditioner could have been a bit stronger. I was fortunate enough to get a larger room but the air conditioners capacity was the same as a smaller rooms which meant it took a while for the room to get cool but once it was I was very comfortable. I would suggest that as equipment gets old and needs to be replaced did they get to slightly larger compressors for the larger rooms to allow for more efficient Cooling.
