What a welcome surprise! The room was immaculate. The entire property was well-maintained and clean, both inside the rooms and throughout the exterior spaces. That is not to say everything was brand new and sparkly—it is not. You can tell the property has been here a while and is well-u a ed. That is perfectly fine, as long as everything is clean and well-kept! The pool water was perfectly balanced—not too 'bleachy' but still crystal clear. Whoever maintains their pool really knows what they are doing. I will definitely be coming back. This is a quaint and charming place with an exuberant, friendly staff. There are zero negatives with this property and many pluses. I promise you will like staying here!

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. Some of them nicer. Some not so nice… I don’t often leave a review because you pretty much know what to expect with most hotels. However, this place was a real hidden gem! From the moment we first arrived, we knew this was going to be special. Dania met us and gave us a tour… Explaining the amenities. She was super helpful! The room had obviously been recently remodeled. (Thanks to hurricane season a year and a half ago!) You can still see a lot of damage to other properties, and the area is still recovering. But these folks have brought everything up to speed and it was all wonderful! Had several touches we did not expect including a cooktop and full refrigerator, which really made it nice for breakfast each morning. I can’t say enough good things. It’s across the street from the old pier which was destroyed in the hurricane. That means there’s a big parking lot that stays empty except on the weekends. Makes access to the beach real easy! I would easily stay here again.

Would definitely stay again. Clean, old style Florida with friendly staff. Clean spotless room no funky odours, comfy sleep, maybe fluffier pillows… clean bathroom a little tight but it worked for two people. Maybe provide some coffee for first night stay, small kitchenette also spotless. Pool area super clean, towels chairs and chairs for the beach across the street. Really nice bbq area with table and chairs if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Thank you to Amanda in the office very pleasant check in and check out.

Very friendly and professional young lady that worked during the weekend to host the resort, clean the rooms, and check in the guest. The suite was spotless! The resort is so cute and comfortable. We stayed in Room 200, the best room. Our dog was comfortable and loved the deck. The dock view was fabulous, and it's a 2 minute walk to the beach shore. We loved the little swimming pool with heated water. Parking was right out front and it was FREE! We paid a fee for the dog, but it was cheaper than paying for doggy daycare at home.

Short weekend trip with our furry friend to the beach. Walking distance to the beach was just across the street. The room and kitchenette had fresh new updates and the check in process was quick. I would recommend staying here, we did not have a chance to enjoy the pool but it looked very refreshing!
