First floor you will find a full bath with walk-in shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 2 queen size beds and one main bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs also includes a library space for those quiet days to relax with a good book. An additional bathroom with tub can also be found on the second floor.The entire house is equipped with wifi, central ac and forced hot air heat for the winter. Also in the summer the rental include use of 2 person boat with life jackets. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy the pond. Just across the street is the Dunbar tea room. The neighbors are the historic Hoxie house and Jenny Grist Mill both open to the public. Stroll to down town and enjoy a meal at the many options such as the Belfry inn, Daniel Webster inn, the Dunbar tea room and more! There are multiple bakeries, coffee shops, antique shops and more in the immediate area as well.There is so much to offer inlovely historic downtown area - lovely in both the summer and winter months!The house is just a short drive to Sandy Neck, Sandwich Marinaand many lovely beaches along historic route 6a as well.
