“Nice resort, but I can’t give 5 stars because the room was lacking privacy. We booked the lake view balcony room, but the balcony was shared with the adjacent room and only separated with a glass partition. The neighbors could see into our room which was unacceptable.”

“So this was supposed to be a high end hotel, but it was “ok”. Had AC ( ours didn’t work for two days but then we told them and they upgraded us for the inconvenience). Had coffee maker in room, the area was really nice for shopping, the views were great- the only downfall is that Everything shuts down at 5 pm there including the restaurants- so plan ahead! I would stay here again - make sure you book a higher end room though to enjoy the whole views.”
