“They were out of coffee 8 minutes before I he breakfast was closing. Resulting in several guests not getting their morning coffee. Multiple guests asked for more coffee, but was told there was no more. You could really see the disappointment in their eyes. In my opinion this is just poor service overall from the breakfast staff. And really downgrading the breakfast experience from «ok» to «disappointing». I tend to choose hotel reservations based on a few of factors. One of them being the rated hotel breakfast. Scandic is usually known for having a good breakfast. However, this experience was just really disappointing and a frustrating start of the day.”
